This page explains how Lilltech AS handles personal data on lilltech.no. In short: we only use what you send us to answer you.
Who is responsible

What we collect
When you send a request through the contact form, we receive the information you enter: name, e-mail address, and, if you choose to fill them in, organisation, phone number, area and your message. We use this only to answer your request and follow it up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6 (1) (f) and (b)).
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, styles and icons are served through Akari's own content delivery network (cdn.akari.no), so no data about your visit is sent to Google or other third parties when you open the page.
Storage and sharing
Requests are kept as long as needed to handle the matter and any customer relationship that follows, and then deleted. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The website is delivered by Akari, which processes form submissions on our behalf as a data processor.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. Contact us at inf@lilltech.no. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
Webshop
The webshop for registered customers (lilltech.no/webshop) is a separate solution with its own terms of sale and privacy information.
